ALS Skills and Simulation Day

Join us for the second (in a long time!) D6 ALS skills/sim day.

We will have you work in small groups of AEMT/Paramedics (based on who signs up) on skills that will allow you to get signed off on some of your skills for your NREMT recertification.

When: Saturday, February 22nd, 0900-1400. Lunch included.

Location: Central Vermont Career Center (155 Ayer Street, Suite 2 Barre, VT 05641).

For AEMTs you will get hands on with IOs, CPAP and supraglottic airways among other things.

For paramedics, you will get hands on with cricothyrotomies, needle decompression, and EKG interpretations and more! Your skills will be taught and practiced both in a skills session and integrated into simulation scenarios.

This is meant to be a helpful and supportive learning environment. This is not a test (but you can get signed off if you do the skills well).
