About this Event

Alport Connect 2026 is a unique opportunity to interact with medical professionals who have expertise in our rare disease, researchers, and with other Alport syndrome patients/families from across the country. It will be a weekend of learning, connecting, and socializing as a community of patients and families. You'll leave the weekend-long event feeling empowered with knowledge and supported by new friends in the extended Alport community.

Whether you are newly diagnosed or a patient/caregiver with a long history and journey with Alport syndrome, there is a place and purpose for you at Alport Connect 2026.

Click the orange "Select Tickets" button on the right to receive your free Alport Connect 2026 weekend ticket(s) for Saturday, July 18th and Sunday, July 19th activities at the Alloy King of Prussia (just outside of Philadelphia).

Saturday, July 18th (approx. 8:00am - 5:00pm)
Sunday, July 19th (approx. 9:00am - 1:00pm)

We will also be holding an informal welcome gathering on Friday, July 17th at 4PM local time at the Hammer & Fire Restaurant and Cocktail Lounge within the Alloy (event venue). Tickets are not required for this portion of the event.

Alport Connect 2026 is in-person only and tickets are limited. We advise reserving your ticket(s) early! However, if your plans change and you are unable to attend, please notify [email protected] so that we can release your spot to other patients/family members.

If reserving more than one ticket, please answer the registration questions uniquely for each individual attending. Individual names are required for each registration. Individual email addresses for each are helpful. Knowing who is attending helps us plan a more successful event. Individual email addresses for minors is not required at registration.

Please note that required contact information for Teen Program registrants is solely for event communications. This information will not be kept on file after the event, nor will Teens be contacted for any non-event purposes.

Alport Connect 2026 includes two simultaneous program tracks:

2) Teen Program for individuals ages 13-16 (inclusive) and ages 17-19 (inclusive).

All programs will be facilitated by medical professionals and trained patient volunteers.

As space is limited, we can accommodate up to one unaffected sibling ages 13-19 in the teen program.
