Join us this month in welcoming Lrae Wintercorn, APRN, with In the Stix Wellness, a Nurse Practitioner with a holistic twist. She too has AGS and will be presenting “A Holistic Lifestyle for Alpha-gal Syndrome”, discussing diet and lifestyle changes. Taking care of the whole body by changing things in our diet, specific exercise and lifestyle in order to help with MCAS and leaky gut that can make AGS worse. We hope you are able to join us.
As always, this is a 'come and go' as you need/want event.
This is also the usual Meet, Greet & Eat event - an Alpha-gal 'safe' potluck. Please feel free to bring a 'safe' snack or something you'd like to share. You don’t have to make it, but that would be fun too! If you feel uncomfortable sharing food, feel free to bring a sack lunch. Alpha-gal reactions are as individual as each of us are. If you bring a snack or make something to share, please be sure to bring the recipe and labels from any ingredients used so people can review them.
