🧘♀️Are you looking for a space and time where you can leave your cares behind while you focus on the moment, your mind and movement? All while you are immersed in the ambiance of the peaceful country atmosphere and a herd of friendly llamas and alpacas? Then join us on the farm for Alpaca Yoga as instructor Erin Durke of Mukti Yoga guides you through a 60 minute fun, mindful, and playful yoga flow, available for all experience levels!🦙A refreshing tea party will be served after class on the Alpaca Patio. Visit with an alpaca and enjoy the view of the sheep peacefully grazing in a nearby pasture. Enjoy lemon or coconut water, fresh fruit and warm tea served in vintage tea cups as you relax and refresh after your workout.
✏️Please note attendees must be ages 10 and up. No experience required. Variations will be provided for all levels and limitations. Bring your yoga mat or beach towel and a bottle of water.
