We start our adventure at The District Nightclub, home of Hawaii’s longest running and most popular Salsa night, Salsamor by Luxe Hawaii. The festival culminates at the iconic Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, the same iconic location where we have held the Hawaii Salsa & Bachata Congress by Salsa In Hawaii. Add in some beach events since we are in the most beautiful state in the USA. And throw in a lot of local flair so showcase the culture of Hawaii. Don't miss this immersive experience full of lifelong memories!

What makes this event different from the Hawaii Salsa & Bachata Congress in February and other events in Hawaii? The Alohana event will integrate more Hawaiian and local cultural elements with the Latin dance elements of a salsa and bachata congress than the other events in Hawaii. The main organizer, Grant, is the only large-scale salsa/bachata event coordinator of Hawaiian descent. Furthermore, Alohana will not only feature both bachata and salsa, we will also include ballroom dancing and other styles of dance. Now that we have three full size ballrooms we will be able to schedule more classes and bootcamps.
Contact us if you want to perform, volunteer, or you are interested in having a vendor booth at the event.
