The five-course menu begins with passed pupu (appetizers), followed by Chef Bancaco’s Southern Fried Chicken Bao with ‘West Maui Smoked Meat’ and herbs de secreto.

Highlights include the refreshing Hamachi Crudo with mango-calamansi jus, avocado, and pickled Fresno chili, the Grilled Tako Taco served in a squid ink tortilla with house kim chee and gochujang crema, and a selection of decadent desserts like melted chocolate s’mores with house-made marshmallows and salted beer caramel.
