Bring:
A tent and sleeping needs if camping, Note: the yard is most all gravel, if you plan to pitch a tent make sure you have cushion! (please reach out asap if you'd like to reserve a sleeping spot inside the house!)
Food and drink for you and your crew
Firewood if you plan to cook
A towel incase you wanna play in the water
Optional: Your favorite outdoor game!
Property details:
This event is held at The Spot a 675sqft venue with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom inside we have 10 spaces (single mattresses) available to sleep inside you'll need to notify me right after buying your ticket if you want an indoor spot. There are 2 yards (6,000 sqft) attached to this space. We will have a porta-potty out in the larger yard and a small kitchenette sink. There is plenty of free street parking. The big yard has alley access with 2 RV gates if you'd like to unload your camp stuff more easily but no long term parking in the yard.
