Nurturing for your heart and soul. Connect with your own humanity by connecting with your own body & heart as well as those of others.
Structure will change from time to time. Unless specified, the event will likely include silly games, deep authentic relating games, getting embodied and connected to and through our voice, breath-work, and/or meditation.
In this particular workshop we will include primal play: exploring movement and relating to each other in a playful, non-verbal, and creative ways. Make sure to bring comfortable clothes in which you can move around. You will have the opportunity to get sweaty!
Feel free to bring something to share during the fika break 😊
Please avoid perfumes if possible <3
Note: We are creating a safe container for this workshop so being in time is important. If you arrive late, the container might be close and entry will not be possible.
