This year, I aim to undertake a significant initiative. I plan to host a #allinthefamily Community Thanksgiving and invite my fellow peers to lend their support throughout the process. It's our time - specifically, my generation and a few others.
Who can I rely on to assist me with this endeavor? I have already secured a venue. I will require your help with the major aspects, such as turkeys and hams. I understand that everyone will be attending to their own families, we all can & do for “ our respective families “ but, can we do for those that are struggling worse then we are?
Any contribution will be invaluable.
Although it was not feasible to extend personal invitations, all donations will be appreciated. As I mentioned, my objective is not to provide for the entire city, but rather to create a special Thanksgiving for those without a supportive network to share the holiday within these trying & hard times.
Therefore, if you are able to donate or contribute in any way, whether through volunteering your time or providing food, please feel free to do so.
