Allies, this one’s for you.
Hispanic Heritage Month is a time when our comunidad gets more attention. At ELLA, we want to use that attention to build something that lasts far beyond one month.
Allies & ELLA Networking is a community mixer designed to bring together people who are already showing up for Latina professionals, and those who are ready to start.
Whether you're a longtime ELLA supporter, a potential partner, a mentor, a community leader, a business professional, or simply someone who believes in creating more opportunities for Latinas, you have a place at this table.
This isn't your typical networking event. We'll use conversation prompts, to make it easier to have real conversations and walk away with meaningful connections, not just a stack of business cards.

Your RSVP Supports ELLA
Registration is donation-based, and everyone is welcome. There is no required donation to attend.
As part of Wolf’s Ridge Brewing's September partnership with ELLA, $1 from every beer sold throughout the month of September will be donated to ELLA.
Come raise a glass, meet someone new, and help us build more partnerships and more allies for Latina leadership in Central Ohio.
