The Alliant Credit Union Foundation is partnering with PCs for People to help you donate your gently used electronics responsibly. 🤝 Drop off your used electronics and PCs for People will securely and permanently delete all your data from the devices before distributing the refurbished equipment to communities in need. 💙Help local families gain access to the technology needed to develop digital skills, opening the door to academic success and greater financial stability. 🙌
✅ Accepted items:
• Desktop & laptop computers
• Phones & tablets
• TVs & monitors (no CRT/tubes)
• Keyboards & mice
• Printers & speakers
• Hard drives & memory
• Power cords & cables
• Modems & routers
• Servers & network equipment
❌ Unacceptable items:
• Household appliances, including microwaves & vacuums
• Car batteries
• Light bulbs
• CRT (tube) TVs & monitors
• Copiers
• Anything containing chemicals, fossil fuels, biowaste, oil, liquids, powders, asbestos, or Freon
