The Alley Art Festival is reinventing the alleys of Downtown Sioux City on Saturday, September 20 with BRAND NEW MURALS, ART VENDORS, LIVE MUSIC, KIDS ACTIVITIES, & MORE! This open-air art experience invites YOU to get involved:
MURALISTS
Think big! Or small! There’s room for them all! We’re looking for artists of all experience levels, backgrounds, styles, etc to add their original mural to the Alley Art alleys!
Your work can join Sioux City’s largest outdoor gallery that is home to 140+ murals from local and regional artists! Murals have a chance to receive Best of Show, 2nd, 3rd, Honorable Mention, People’s Choice, and Vangarde Board Award awarding more than $3,000 in prizes!

ART VENDORS
Set up shop and show off your original one-of-a-kind, wacky creations on Saturday, September 20!
The Alley Art Festival has drawn 2,000+ visitors to explore the alleys and browse the handmade art from local and regional creatives like you.
Submit your application and $50 art vendor fee by August 24!

KIDS & FAMILY ACTIVITIES
The fun doesn’t stop there - September 20 will be full of lively creative activities for the young and young at heart. Kids can head to the kids zone & get creative with a variety of free activities!
Everyone is invited to join in on the mural-ing fun at the Wall for All- where everyone can paint their own mural.
Bring the whole family down for a day of fun - Admission is only $5 at the gate AND children 12 & under get in FREE!
