Please join us for ribbon cutting of the new Allen County Equestrian Course. Actual ribbon cutting at 11:00am with news outlets and officials. Everyone is welcome to ride the obstacles and trails that day. Come show the community how much we love this new park. Come as early as 9:00am. We want lots of horses there to show the community how excited we are for these trails.
