Guided by Allegra Paris, this pop-up community experience blends mindful, controlled movements with resistance band work to lift, tone, and define the glutes and core.

Expect a steady, full-body burn that builds heat without excess strain, leaving you feeling centered, strong, and energized. Mats and bands are provided, just bring yourself.
