Immerse yourself in a union of music and yoga, where the beauty of nature becomes the backdrop for a journey of self-discovery and inner peace.

End your day by nourishing your mind and body with a gentle evening yoga flow, meditation, short walk, and instrumental music of the Bealtes played by award winning violinist and film composer Will Taylor.

Allow the sound of acoustic music to southe every cell as you put your daily intention into motion.

At Strings in the Woods we help humans escape from the speed of modern life to feel alive and inspired with our acoustic music and nature immersion experiences.

Kayla is both a student and teacher of yoga. She welcomes people of all levels to practice regardless of how extensive or limited their experience may be. She hopes to inspire a sense of inner calm and a union between body and mind that can translate from the mat to all areas of daily life. Yoga is a wonderful practice for both spiritual and physical health and restoration. Kayla is certified in yoga, reiki and aromatherapy and has been working as a special education teacher for 15 years. She has been practicing yoga for 25 years.

Will Taylor is a professional violinist and Austin music icon for over 27 years, jamming with folks such as Willie Nelson, Pearl Jam, Gary Clark Jr., Shawn Colvin, Shiny Ribs, Guy Forsyth, the Turtle Island String Quartet at Town Hall in New York City and so many more. Will is a lover of the outdoors and the magic of bringing people into nature for life-changing moments of connection and musical bliss. Will is an Austin Music Award winner, Best of Austin finalist, and award winning film composer for the film Protocol 7
