All You Can Eataly: Spring in Rome

Our first all-access party of 2026 is here! All You Can Eataly is back on Friday, April 17!

For one night only, we’re going all out with 30+ Italian bites, 20+ Italian wines, spirits and beers, live entertainment, a photo booth, and more from 7-11pm. We're serving up the best of Eataly all night long!

We are offering two entry times for the event (7pm and 7:30pm) to ensure seamless entry for all guests. No matter which time you choose, you’ll be able to enjoy everything that All You Can Eataly has to offer!

Early bird tickets are on sale for $100 per person with limited quantities available! After that, general admission tickets will be $125 per person for the 7pm entrance, and $115 for the 7:30 entrance.

Tickets include:

- Unlimited tastings of 30+ Italian bites

- Unlimited drinks from 20+ wines, spirits, and beers

- Free in-person chef demonstrations and activations

- Live music

- Access to a glass etcher, prosecco wall, tarot card reader, and more!

Please note: This is a 21+ event. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.

• Please bring a printed or digital copy of your Eventbrite QR code.

• This is a 4-hour standing, tasting event that takes place throughout our entire marketplace. Limited seating will be provided.

• This is a 21+ event. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.

• Please note that dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated.

• Event duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes.

• Tickets are individually sold and one ticket will give access to one person only.

• Pricing is inclusive of service and exclusive of Chicago sales tax.

Payment, refund & cancellation policies

Payment in full is required at the time of registration and all sales are final. No refunds are offered on classes and events due to limited space in our schools. For groups of 5-10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event. For groups of up to 4 guests, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon code for a future class or event at La Scuola. Please email [email protected] with any questions.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or otherwise. In the event of a class or event cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future class or event. While we are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply. Credits issued for La Scuola events are redeemable ONLY for future La Scuola events and cannot be used to register for events in other parts of the marketplace or exchanged for store credit or Eataly gift cards.
