This Lunar New Year, Level 8 collaborates with Chef Jasper Lynn, Head Chef and founder of Rosalynn Supper Club and a rising force in LA’s food scene, to present a reimagined, elevated all-you-can-eat night market experience set high above Downtown Los Angeles.

For one night only, all eight Level 8 venues transform into a fine-dining–inspired Lunar New Year Night Market, blending a full-floor, all-you-can-eat dine-around with curated culinary moments, cultural activations, and the energy of a modern night market- redefined through a luxury lens.

Co-created with Chef Jasper Lynn, the evening draws inspiration from Lunar New Year traditions, Chinatown After Dark, and LA’s evolving food culture, bringing together bold flavors, refined technique, and communal dining across the entire floor.

Chef Jasper Lynn is the Head Chef and founder of Rosalynn Supper Club, known for his modern approach to Asian-inspired cuisine and intimate, community-driven dining experiences. His collaboration anchors the event, shaping both the culinary direction and elevated cultural spirit of the evening.

Guests will enjoy a full-floor, all-you-can-eat culinary journey, featuring eight distinct, elevated culinary bites- one showcased in each Level 8 venue. Every space offers a unique expression of flavor and concept, designed to encourage discovery, movement, and indulgence throughout the night.

This is not a traditional night market- each bite is intentionally crafted, chef-driven, and designed to reflect a high-end dining experience within an immersive, multi-venue format.

Throughout the floor, guests will encounter a select collection of refined night market-style vendors and immersive activations, adding texture, artistry, and surprise to the experience. A dedicated Mahjong area serves as a cultural touchpoint, blending tradition with atmosphere.
