Come join us for a free all women's jiu jitsu class hosted by assistant instructor Corina Myers and Liz Murillo.
The class is for women only ages 12-up. Experience not required. Members are welcome to invite friends and family members for free. Please make sure everyone registers so we have an accurate count because space is limited.
We do have extra uniforms for those who do not have one and will be provided while supplies last.
This is a perfect opportunity to gather a community of women to get an introduction to Brazilian jiu jitsu and the benefits it has to offer.
