All-time Favourite Films*

We’re hurtling to the end of our third year of Magdalen Monday Movies, and it’s time for our climactic season.

We're proud to present seven films that rank amongst our all-time favourites, but just refused to fit in with any of the themes we’ve so far featured. Some of these are famous classics, some you may never even have heard of. But they’re all here because if we were being sent to a desert island, and were allowed to take just seven movies along, these would be on the shortest of shortlists.

Before revealing the list, there’s an important, and temporary, change in store for our upcoming season.

Magdalen auditorium is being upgraded. So, just for one term, we are in the luxurious, newly-built, state-of-the-art venue that is The Levine Auditorium at Trinity College. Directions will be included with your booking reminder email.

All these events are COMPLETELY FREE and open to everyone over the age of 18 (not just members of the University). You can book up to ten tickets per event, and you can come back here to add bookings later in the season. Just click the GET TICKETS button.
