In this interactive class, you’ll:
*Mix up a batch of toaster pastry dough using your own discard or my sourdough discard.
*Sample a selection of my favorite discard-based baked goods.
*Get answers to all your sourdough discard questions.
We’ll also cover:
*The differences between active starter and discard.
*Pros and cons of discard recipes and tips for maximizing their *health benefits.
Perfect for sourdough enthusiasts eager to put discard to good use!
Workshop cost: $55 covers the workshop, ingredients to make your completed toaster pastries during the workshop (take them home to bake), all my favorite discard recipes and a latte / $5 towards a drink at the Maple Moose
Please bring: A bowl and spoon to mix up your tortilla dough in.
