Celebrate the strong females in your life, including YOURSELF, with a gentle evening designed to pamper the body and indulge the senses.In collaboration with Saje Wellness, this special event will open with a guided discussion surrounding the benefits of aromatherapy, led by Aleeyah'Fay, Store Manager and head of Community Outreach at Saje Bramalea. Why are you drawn to certain scents at certain times? Which ones are best to support your nervous system? What practical ways can we integrate aromatherapy in our daily lives? Aleeyah'Fay is ready to share!
Afterward FEEL your way through a slow Yoga Flow with guided massage based asanas and gentle hands-on adjustments. We'll close this experience with an extended savasana that includes a blissful aromatherapy experience.
