What You’ll Learn

All-Terrain Conditioning™ is built on the Strong Endurance™ protocols developed by Pavel Tsatsouline.

You will:

• Learn proven exercise skills and strategies to complete these protocols effectively.
• Receive a detailed manual with multiple training plans to build your oxygen transport system and sustainable power.
• Use a peaking cycle to prepare for high-stakes competition or physical adventures, based on selective glycolytic conditioning.
• We’ll also break down when and how to peak—because peaking must be used strategically, not constantly.

What You’ll Train

At the course, you’ll learn the proper technique and intensity for:

• Deadlifts (traditional and single leg for stability/mobility)
• Hard style Kettlebell Swings (two-arm, one-arm)
• Hard style Kettlebell Snatches
• Get-ups
• Power Pushups
• Lunges
• Pullups
• Step-ups
• Breathing techniques
