All-Star Tip-Off Party

Welcome All-Star Weekend to the Bay with our official All-Star Tip-Off Party! Join family and friends at Thrive City as we celebrate the biggest names in the game and watch the Warriors play the Rockets on the big screen. Witness an immersive projection mapping light show that highlights NBA All-Stars past and present.

Don’t miss a live performance from P-Lo, snap All-Star photos at one of our themed photo opportunities, then grab a bite to eat at one of our many Thrive City retailers. It’s all happening February 13 from 5PM to 9PM!

Entertainment Zone at Thrive City:

The Entertainment Zone at Thrive City, the district surrounding Chase Center, offers a vibrant experience for this event. Guests ages 21 and over may purchase to-go alcoholic beverages from participating Thrive City businesses to enjoy within the Entertainment Zone. Thrive City will activate the Entertainment Zone during All-Star Tip-Off Party on February 13, 2025 from 5PM - 9PM. Click here to learn more.

Space is limited to first-come, first-served. Eventbrite registration is highly recommended. If the event is sold out, limited walkups may be available on the day of the event.

Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:

• No Chairs of any size or kind
• No Coolers of any size
• No Weapons of any kind
• No Scooters, bikes, skateboard or rollerblades
• No Panhandling, solicitation or loitering
• No Smoking of any kind
• All Pets^ on a leash
• No Alcohol on plaza
• Face coverings are not permitted (medical, surgical, and other safety related masks are permitted inside). Limited face paint will be accepted.
• No Amplified sound
• No Drones
• No Motorized vehicles
• No Pamphlets or product samples
• No Lawn chairs
• No Overnight camping
• All Garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
• No Trespassing when Thrive City is closed
• Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe, or unacceptable by Chase Center Management

*Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
