Geared for the beginner volleyball player going into grades 3-8 and covers all individual volleyball skills to make a complete player.
We will focus on passing, defense, blocking, attacking as well as team play.
No previous experience in playing volleyball is required, and no preference for position decision needs to have been made. However, girls at all experience levels are welcome.
The sessions will include group and individual instruction, training in basic skills of both offense and defense, including ball handling and position play.
