The Dreamland Community Kickball Kickoff is a fun, family-friendly event that brings together artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and community leaders for a day of connection, competition, and purpose.
Created by 2024–2025 Tulsa World: Tulsan of the Year Steph Simon, this event serves as a fundraiser supporting Dreamland Festival and its nonprofit initiatives, including TMC Records at McLain High School, a program that provides students with hands-on experience in hip-hop performance, production, songwriting, and the music business.
This year, the event expands to allow anyone in the community to sign up with a chance to play for the cause!
Teams will feature a mix of local leaders, creatives, and community members, all competing in a high-energy, entertaining game, complete with live play-by-play announcing to bring the full experience to life.
Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy a live DJ, food and drinks, a vendor market, and a vibrant community atmosphere.
Participating players and team captains — including representatives from local organizations and sponsors — will be announced leading up to the event.
