November 18 will highlight hand drums- buffalo, frame, tar, riq, tambourine and more.
Please bring big drums, low drums, percussion instruments, your rhythms, dance and voices, chairs and comforts needed for drumming in Florida’s outdoors.
Wallace Brooks Park on Lake Tsala-Apopka is a community gem. The park is directly on the Withlacoochee Bike Trail and offers an absolutely perfect spot for a regular monthly drum circle to thrive, with shaded lakeside views and seating, park benches, a new beach, park and lake side walkways and public amenities.
Rhythm United hopes to bring the vitality of sunset beach drum circles, and the spirit of interactive drum facilitation to the community of Inverness and surrounding areas.
