All Points West Distillery, late night w/Brick City Music Jam, CDRE Mural

On Thursday, June 22, head down to All Points West Distillery for Late Night Brick City Music Jam. Late Night Brick City Music Jam is a special night featuring live music, hand-crafted cocktails and the unveiling of a new mural by cdre.art. Guests can move between the two performance spaces (outside in the parking lot for full bands, inside in the tasting room for intimate solo performances and DJs) via our sidewalk garden (where you can check out our new mural). There will be a mojito bar outside and full cocktail service inside, with all drinks featuring locally distilled spirits made on site. This event is the perfect way to experience some of the city’s best drinks, art and entertainment in one place.

The Brick City Music Jam is an artist-run music and graffiti collective in Newark, NJ that encompasses all five elements of hip hop – live DJs, high-energy performers, dance, fashion and art. The Brick City Music Jam sessions are designed to be intimate performances by independent musicians and visual artists to show off Brick City’s best musical talent.

CDRE.ART: My art is a celebration of the whimsical and sarcastic, inspired by classic illustrations and golden age comics that captivated my imagination as a child. As an immigrant, these works helped me integrate into American culture, and now as an artist, I use stencils to add my own twist to the urban landscape. Drawing on the emerging street art and graffiti subculture, my work blends bold lines, bright colors, and unexpected imagery. I enjoy playing with juxtaposition and injecting humor and satire into otherwise serious subjects. My goal is always to capture attention and spark a reaction, whether I'm creating a large-scale mural or a smaller piece. For me, creating art is a way to connect with my community and leave my mark on the world. I relish the idea of my pieces being discovered by surprise, adding a bit of magic to people's day and inspiring them to think.
