An all levels yoga class URWAY event! Join us for a fun and challenging yoga practice. Give yourself some time, space and trust. Whether this is your first group practice or you practice often, this class is perfect for all levels. Im here to guide you through the noticing the body, exploring movement and connecting with the breath through a powerful yet relaxing series of breath and movement in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
