All Levels Pilates

Join Britney for a creative Pilates mat workout that aims to strengthen the body and mind alike. Britney's classes focus on celebrating what your body is capable of doing through mindful and intentional movement. All levels are welcome. Grab your mat and get ready to move!

About The Instructor:

Britney brings over eight years of knowledge to create classes that aim to nurture the body and strengthen the mind. Britney has had the pleasure of training and teaching in many movement spaces throughout New England including Equinox, Down Under School of Yoga and Life Time Fitness. Britney fuses her years of knowledge to deliver a powerful and thoughtful class each time she steps onto the mat. Her classes focus on celebrating your body's strengths through mindful and intentional movement. Britney also understands how being new to a movement practice can be intimidating, so she loves meeting new faces and aims to empower confidence in each one of her students. The ability to walk with each student, at any level on their fitness journey is a big part of what keeps her coming back to the mic.

All participants are required to create a with The Dance Complex in order to use the facility. It is highly recommended arriving 5-10 min prior to the start of class if this is your first time coming to The Dance Complex.
