All levels mat Pilates in Sallynoggin

Pilates by the sea is moving indoors to the lovely Sallynoggin community centre from the 6th October. Would love to have you join my mat Pilates classes on Monday evenings at 7.30pm.

With modifications and progressions available for all levels, these classes are designed to develop core strength and stability, posture, coordination, and mobility. My hope is that you will feel both energised and relaxed after taking this time to connect with your body.
