Photo credit: Avi PNLet’s get upside-down! Handstands are my favorite thing to talk about and I promise we’ll do some too. This 1.5 hour workshop will be focused on providing different handstand drills so that you can take home some things to work on! We’ll also talk about handstand alignment and different ways to feel and think about your body upside down.
Having some experience with weight-bearing on your hands is recommended (crow, plank, headstand, etc) but there is no requirement that you have held a handstand before.

Sierra Rhoades Nicholls is a handbalancer, foot juggler and flyer of hand to hand, banquine and all kinds of partner acrobatics. Sierra graduated from Circadium Contemporary Circus School in 2021. She is also the founder of CSAW.
