In this one hour class, we move through a series of postures that build strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance. Explore postures at your own pace, as modifications will be given to accommodate everyone. Feel free to take challenging variations, or modify to your needs especially if you have an injury. This class is great way to settle the day and come back to yourself.There is plenty of parking, but no bathroom.
Please come prepared. Bring a mat and water.
Class Rates:
Suggested contribution: $10-20, but pay what you can, or even pay it forward $30
