All-Levels Donation Yoga at Sunset Cliffs (Every Saturday!)

Join yoga teacher Amy Baack for a Donation Yoga flow at San Diego's beautiful Sunset Cliffs every Saturday morning 9-10 am! It doesn't get better than this oceanfront view. ??

This is an accessible all-levels 60 minute Hatha flow yoga class, and everyone is welcome, including beginners! It's the perfect balance of feel-good stretching and strengthening.

Bring a yoga mat, a towel for underneath your mat (optional, the cliffs can get dusty), sun protection, water, and all your friends & fam!

Meet right at the intersection of Sunset Cliffs Blvd & Adair St at the northern tip of the park (there's plenty of free street parking in the area). Be sure to enter in Sunset Cliffs Blvd & Adair St on your GPS for the right spot, as the Eventbrite map isn't always accurate. We're right next to the Inn at Sunset Cliffs and the Natural Park sign.

Suggested Donation: $20 (cash preferred, Business Venmo @mindbodybadass accepted)

This is a donation-based class to keep it accessible to all, but please give what you can—all donations go into building Mind Body Badass, a small Latina-owned small business bringing yoga to San Diego! Thank you for spreading the good vibes and supporting positive change in the community.

Space is limited per park regulations, so please grab your ticket here on Eventbrite to join! Each week WILL sell out, so be sure to snag your spot early, and please Cancel your tickets if you know you will be unable to attend. We'll ask to see your tickets when you arrive to the park to check you in.
