All is CALM: Men's Christmas Quiz!

Ainon Baptist Church Men's Group is bringing together the men of Tongwynlais this Christmas (17 December) for a FREE night of fun, festivity and food! We're putting on a quiz, serving up some food and getting men chatting!

Why? Because Christmas can be a time when people struggle - so we want to shine a light on men's mental health during this festive period. That's why as part of the event, we're partnering with the Charity CALM (the campaign against living miserably) to raise awareness of men's mental health issues. We'll also take a collection for CALM on the night.

But most of all - we want to have some fun. So come as a team (approx.6) or come along and join a team on the night.
