All In Noblesville represents a unified approach to updating Noblesville's long-term vision and the rules that implement that vision. The process is expected to take approximately 18-24 months, with community input shaping every phase from initial visioning through final adoption.
The updated Comprehensive Plan and Unified Development Ordinance will guide decisions about where we live, work, and play in Noblesville for the next two decades, ensuring the community grows thoughtfully while preserving what residents value most.
