All Hallows' Eve Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Honoring the dead is an age-old and cross-cultural practice. This time of year is when the veil is said to be thinnest between the walking/waking world and the Spirit world. It is a time to pay tribute to, call upon, give thanks, and remember our Ancestors. In some traditions it is believed the Spirits of the dead are not able to move on from this world and find peace unless they are remembered or properly grieved. Join in community and honor our ancestors together.

***I always set up an altar space so please bring a small item to place on it during the sound bath to honor someone/something, set an intention or infuse with good energy <3

This session will consist of a short, guided meditation followed by an extended Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. This sound healing experience will bring you on a journey that supports your physical and emotional well-being.

*Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to find parking and get settled so we may start on time. Doors will be locked at 7:05pm. Dress in layers for warmth. There are plenty of mats, and some blankets (these tend to run out during colder months) and bolsters to use at the studio while supplies last. Comfort is key so bring whatever you need for maximum comfort. I suggest you have: blanket, eye mask, pillow.

* *You are welcome to park in the A-boy plumbing parking lot on the corner of NE 40th and Broadway after 6pm.
