All female sparring days are definitely one of our absolute favorite events. We dedicate the entire gym and most importantly the RING to all the females that want work.
It doesn't matter the age, experience, weight we always make it work. Come ready!!
As always, we'll have some awesome pro's in the house, elite level amateur champions, novice fighters and females who just want to work.
