Once a month The Evening Muse opens its illustrious microphone to any comedian with the guts to sign up! The two best acts of the night (as judged by the impeccable taste of your host, Matt Barrentine) will win a PAID spot performing on our next aMUSEd comedy showcase! Always a fun, unpredictable show: we've had everything from seasoned professional standups to people's first times onstage!

Sign-ups begin at 7pm, show starts at 7:30.

Matt Barrentine

Matt Barrentine has performed standup comedy in 16% of these United States and counting. He's opened for a number of national acts, from Doug Stanhope to Nikki Glaser. People often tell him his jokes are "too smart," which he's pretty sure is meant to be a compliment. He currently resides in a pit at the bottom of the ocean.
