What the heck is that tool and how does it work? In this beginner class you’ll learn about a variety of smaller hand-held tools commonly used in woodworking through a series of demonstrations. Is there a tool you’re curious about? Bring your questions and let's get hands on.

Tool Demonstrations:

  • Chisel
  • Hand plane
  • Pull-saw
  • Drill
  • Jigsaw
  • Circular saw
  • Router
  • Dremel Tool
  • Handheld sanders

What to bring: A notebook or well-charged phone for taking notes.

What to wear: Closed-toe shoes, short sleeves, and work clothes. Long hair must be tied back.

Safety Gear: Eye protection, and ear protection.
