All About Respect Bystander Intervention Training

Come join us for a hands-on training session at York St John University where you'll learn valuable skills to intervene in situations where respect is lacking. This event will equip you with the tools to be an active bystander and make a positive impact in your community. The training session will involve videos, discussion points, and activities. By the end of the training, we hope that you will have developed a greater understanding of gender-based violence and hate crime, alongside a greater awareness of techniques you can use to challenge inappropriate behaviours and support others.

Due to the content covered we will also ensure that you are provided with signposting to appropriate local and national support services.
