•Clarify one meaningful priority for Quarter One

•Decide what to focus on and what to deliberately deprioritise

•Translate clarity into realistic, achievable next steps

•Leave with a written Q1 focus and immediate actions they can start straight away

The session is designed to be engaging, reflective, and highly practical. Attendees will use a simple workbook to capture their thinking, ensuring they leave with something tangible they can revisit after the event.
