Join us to learn all about alligators!
This family-friendly program will feature an indoor presentation on the different adaptations that help alligators to thrive and be the apex predator of the Everglades. The first part will be a lecture held indoors, with visual aids and real parts of an alligator, going over everything from head to tail. The second part of the program will be a guided outdoor walk to a real alligator nest on the refuge, discussing the life cycle of an alligator from egg to adult.
