All Abilities Kids Triathlon

The all abilities kids tri, is for all school aged kids - to come and experience a triathlon. The distances will be adapted for the different age groups, and the course adapted for those with additional needs - so that all kids can finish under the finishing arch and receive a finishing medal (thanks to Lifeskills4kids OT) , drink ( thanks to Saxbys) and a sausage roll (thanks to Forster bake house.) and a show bag from Bunnings.

The event is being held at the Great Lakes Aquatic and Leisure Centre and they are also a sponsor- the ride is along the edge of the road and footpath with Marshalls there to help the riders - with the run on the oval - finishing under the arch.

Mid coast council and club Forster are also sponsoring the event.

All athletes will need to provide their own swimmers, goggles, towels, bike, shoes and helmet and must wear a shirt when riding.

W e are encouraging kids to decorate their bikes, all in the name of having a great time!!

Rego is from 8:30 with the staged start in the Great Lakes Aquatic and Leisure Centre pool from 9 am. It will be all over by 10 am.
