• 12:00 – 2:30 PM: 1-on-1 Tournament Rounds 1–2
• 2:30 – 3:30 PM: 3-Point Shootout
• 3:30 – 4:30 PM: Final 4 & Championship
• 4:30 – 5:00 PM: Awards & raffle
• 5:00 – 6:00 PM: Teardown & networking
