ALIVE — Morning Rave, Kundalini Yoga + Cacao — Surprise Summer Session

Let's make the playful, mindful, vibrant vibe of Bubbles Pop up come alive together at the peak of summer, to celebrate life & light in this extended 3h session on June 22 – on a fullmoon morning in the after-glow of the summer solistice.

In this 3h guided session we explore all the sensations in a curated flow of practices

◌ ARRIVE – Opening circle

◌ AWAKEN – Breathwork & Kundalini Yoga w/ Nora

◌ DEEPEN – Cacao experience w/ Naomi (Cacao Spaces)

◌ PLAY – Experimental movement practice focused on curiosity + embodiment

◌ ALIVE DANCE with DJ Magdaschena

◌ UNWIND – Final sound bath to relax & ground

With Bubbles, we provide an anti-discriminatory wellbeing space for positive body talk, emotional release, self–love & empowerment.

We welcome you to join with the intention for exploration & celebration of your self and life.

We begin the session tuning in to our self – feeling and expanding the light within through breath and Kundalini Yoga.

Followed by a mindful Cacao Ritual to drop more into the space and senses – delightful smoothness of presence.

The highlight of the bubbles playground is ALIVE dance, accompanied by an invigorating electronic DJ set. Come in touch with yourself & others in a safe & celebratory space.

A relaxing soundbath ends the session to ground and integrate your new sensations.

Bubbles popup holds space for urban wellbeing experiences on a mission to bridge and merge the usual bubbles for an urban wellbeing session across interests and beyond the established music, movement or community spaces of vienna.
