In recent years, ALISHA has built a burgeoning reputation in the UK house music scene. Originating from Peterborough, a city not commonly associated with house music talent, ALISHA bucks the trend.
Meticulous in her approach, ALISHA has released music across some of the scene’s most respected labels, including Kaluki, Eastenderz with her hit EP ‘Visions’, and Hot Creations with arguably her biggest release to date, ‘Changes’, which received widespread industry support and heavy rotation on BBC Radio 1.
ALISHA’s sound is underpinned by sultry, deep, rumbling low-end basslines, driving grooves and stripped-back percussion. Her rise has seen her become a regular for Jamie Jones’ Paradise at Amnesia, while also making appearances at Music On, Creamfields and a momentous B2B with East End Dubs at his Eastenderz party.
Her growing résumé includes Paradise at Drumsheds, ANTS at Ushuaïa, Elrow shows worldwide, Glastonbury and The Warehouse Project, alongside support from some of house music’s biggest names including Jamie Jones, East End Dubs, Seb Zito and Toman.
From her beginnings in Peterborough to some of the world’s most renowned dancefloors, ALISHA continues to firmly establish her presence as one of the UK house scene’s most exciting talents.
