Join Essential Yoga Studio as we welcome Kim Fenton, ERYT-500 & YACEP, for a workshop focused on supportive alignment principles of yoga asana on Sunday, July 14 from 2-330p.This workshop will guide students through the foundations of traditional yoga asana (poses and sequences) along with proper alignment so they leave feeling safe and supported in their yoga practice. Breath will also be a focus as it plays a vital role in accessing our yoga postures. This workshop is perfect for those seeking to build a solid foundation as well as advanced practitioners wanting to refine alignment.
