💙 FCBD® Style picky technique within your own body, anatomy, musculature, and structure
💚 work with existing injuries or other range of motion inhibitors to improve technique based on your specific needs
💛 new tools to find more strength and mobility for all FCBD® Style movements

ALIGNMENT
👉 July 1-4, 2025 in Hannover Germany
👉 25 hours of learning
👉 full printed manual with diagrams, notes, examples, and daily activities
👉 course fee will be about 700 € per person (depending on the cost of the flight and venue, we will calculate everything by the end of October)
