Have you ever been in a yoga class and wondered if you are approaching a pose correctly or have you ever wonder how to get more out of a pose you have been doing for years? Whether you are an experience practitioner or just starting your yoga journey, we can all gain information about our individual bodies and how they are responding to the poses by focusing on the alignment principals of each yoga pose. Once we have that information we can use it to properly adjust or modify the poses to safely deepen our physical practice.

This workshop on alignment will be a place to take a closer look at the postures we repeat in our Vinyasa classes. We will reflect on our alignment in each pose and discuss how to approach each pose to maintain a lifelong practice.

Workshop fee $45. Class time 90 minutes. Sorry, no refunds. Cancellation greater than 24 hours prior to class can be applied to a future workshop.
