Aligning with others and creating motivation

This is a place for you to come with a small group of people, to form a circle where we meet to learn and grow together. Within the circle we will create safety by being present and then exploring a complex topic together.

As a member of the circle, you commit to being open to share your ideas and concerns with the other circle inhabitants. You commit to listening, pausing and contributing to the safety we create together so that we can feel comfortable to be true and honest with each other. In doing this new ideas can emerge which can create the energy for each of us to move to action.

This will be a circle of space and relationship. It is a place for you to attend in batches of six. You will commit to attend each of the six sessions with between three to eight people where we get together to delve into the topic of Alignment and Motivation. We will be together for the batch of sessions and we commit to help each other by listening, brainstorming, supporting and leading each other into new ways of thinking, feeling and being.

Please see the agenda below and note that these are suggested items for each session but not, that due to the fluidity of this work, it is possible that the sessions might change as we progress through the process together. This will evolve for each of us and your input is invaluable to make this impactful for us all.
